Da Nang Water Supply Joint Stock Company (Dawaco) changed from a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) to a Joint Stock Company (JSC) in 2016. As a JSC, Dawaco is owned 60% by the People’s Committee of Da Nang, 35% by a strategic main holder and the remaining 5% of shares are owned by Dawaco staff and are distributed according to their performance and amount of invested time.
